Ag Pipe & Surface Drainage Fix in Ballarat East
A drainage solution for a Ballarat East home, fixing a waterlogged lawn with sub-surface ag pipe and surface drains that keep the yard dry and the grass healthy year round.
The Challenge
The lawn was constantly soggy after rain, with water sitting on the surface and killing the grass, and the owners had tried patching it without success and needed a proper fix that would last.
The Solution
We assessed how water moved across the block, installed slotted ag pipe in gravel trenches to drain the sub-surface water, and added surface strip drains to capture runoff, then backfilled and restored the lawn for a clean, dry finish.
